- Must be okay climbing a ladder to get to the tiny loft *with low ceilings* to use the very comfortable queen-size bed. A large fan and lights are in the loft for your pleasure. - Pets NOT allowed (if we find evidence of a pet, we will have to fine you a pet fee) - Cozy reading nook and loveseat sofa with plenty of comfortable pillows and blankets - Simple bathroom with barn door, a tiny washing machine and dryer, and a shower - Nordic brand hot tub on the back deck - Backyard has a fire pit (there’s plenty of fire wood on our land but maybe bring a hatchet), a park-style charcoal grill (provide your own charcoal), a picnic table, 2 person hammock, and cornhole game -32 inch Roku TV (Bring your own logins) - Kitchen boasts the simplicity of dishes, utensils, mixing bowls, wine glasses, small Keurig, a toaster, 2 fry pans, one pot, cookware, in a delightful, organized, tiny space - Fridge has a separate freezer space, and stove has 2 burners - No microwave - We provide hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, paper towels, 2 coffee k-pods, creamer, sugar, and plenty of towels
